- Mapped the two-sided flow: creator onboarding on one side, brand discovery and campaigns on the other.
- Designed auto-generated media kits so creators look credible without design work.
- Built campaign management and integrated Razorpay so money moves safely in-platform.
- Shipped in weekly iterations, validating each flow with real creators before moving on.
A production marketplace where creators build a profile in minutes, brands discover and shortlist by niche and audience, and both sides run campaigns end-to-end with payments handled in-app.
