Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website and services provided by Shreeved Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("Shreeved," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Shreeved provides website development, automation tools, and AI solutions for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, and feedback required for the project. Delays caused by the client in providing materials or feedback may result in adjustments to the project timeline.

Clients must ensure that all content provided to us for use in projects does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Shreeved retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary code used during the project remain the intellectual property of Shreeved and may be licensed for continued use as part of the deliverables.

Payment terms, including schedule, methods, and amounts, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.

Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of ongoing work until the outstanding balance is settled.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shreeved shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

Upon termination, Shreeved will deliver all completed work and work-in-progress to the client, subject to payment of outstanding invoices.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
